The Villa approx. 56m² (603ft²) owns 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,

kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 terrace.

You must leave the property and go through the main entrance door into the next complex Tunte Mar (not queer only) . (30 sec. walk)

You can use all the amenities of the Birdcage Resort.

(The use of the 2nd bedroom and bathroom is included with a 3-person occupancy. For an occupancy of 2 persons this is possible on request).
